REFUND POLICY:
Amount will not be refunded in any case. We will only cater to exchange as per the below mentioned policy. Final decision will lie with the company regarding the exchange policy.

Items purchased on discounted prices will not be returned. Only products with manufacturing defects are accepted as returns from customers. Such items’ paid amount is returned fully. Product returns are accepted only if the item is reported to our sales representative to have a manufacturing defect within 1 day of receiving it.

Product will be shipped to us by the customer in its original packing and all the contents including warranty card within 1 day of receiving it. We will examine the customer claim and decide on whether the claim is valid or not. If the claim is valid, the amount will be refunded within 15 working days to the customer.
